Q) Is there a minimum order?
A) No, no order is too small or large at Morgan, we value our clients no matter the size of your business and we understand that you may only need small top up orders every now and then.
Q) Are you open on weekends?
A) No, sorry, we are only open 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If you need to collect large orders and are only able to do this over the weekend please call our office and we can arrange for someone to meet you at our warehouse.
Q) How long will my order take?
A) It depends on the item. If it is a stocked item, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of order payment. If it is a custom made product, has to be especially ordered in or is an Australian made product done in our factory it may take up to a week, we will inform you of expected delivery date.
Q) What credit cards do you accept?
A) We accept Visa & MasterCard, we also accept payment by direct bank transfer and cheque, for bank transfers always wait until you get the official Morgan Imports Pty Ltd invoice from us that will also display the freight amount that needs to be paid against your order. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or DINERS etc.
Q) Can you send out my order COD?
A) No, sorry, all goods must be paid in advance unless you have an established account with us. Government Departments (schools, ADF, Police etc.) automatically have 7-day account once authorised by our office.
Q) What methods of Dispatch are available?
A) We send goods via Star Track, Toll Express, Toll Priority, Fast Ways and other carriers. We usually choose the most economical method depending on urgency, size of items etc.
Q) Can I get a hard copy (printed) Catalogue?
A) No, sorry, as we have new products arriving on a weekly basis it is almost impossible to keep up dating printed catalogs. We also consider this to be a waste of paper and harmful to the environment, if you need to show Products to clients ensure you are not logged into your account so no prices are displayed.
Q) Do you deliver to overseas destinations?

Q) Do you supply the general public (RRP)?
A)No, sorry, as we are TRUE WHOLESALERS and only supply products to those who are with in our industry (Retails stores, Gym owners/managers, Personal Trainers, Sports Combat/Martial arts coaches/instructors, Government related agencies/offices, Corporate companies, Well-being/Rehab centers & Rugby League clubs/Coaches), we do have trusted re-sellers online and in store who are able to service that business. We feel it is only fair to support the stores and re-sellers who support us as wholesalers

E&OA: Any errors & omissions on this website are accepted. While every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy of pricing on this website, we are all human & sometimes make mistakes. If we have incorrectly listed a price we apologies. We will send you pricing prior to finalising ANY sale. If any doubts, email us for confirmation of prices. Colour and photos of items are for illustrative purposes only & are as close a representation of actual articles as possible.
CLAIMS: Claims for shortages will only be recognized if made within 7 days of delivery.Specially ordered or custom made items cannot be returned for any reason other than if defective. We will not accept goods for return that have been labelled or used unless our office has stated otherwise, so please check all goods for suitability for your purpose prior to labeling or using.
STOCK SHORTAGES: Occasionally, due to supplier shortages, we may have to substitute goods to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If so, we will replace the item with one of similar , or better quality & contact you prior to doing this and or should any large price variation occur.
PRODUCT GUARANTEES: All Morgan Sports products are fully supported by Morgan Imports Pty Ltd. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s and supply warranties. If goods appear faulty, we will ask you to send a images of the defective product + invoice of purchase date, DO NOT dispose of the item until we have been sent a image.
INABILITY TO SUPPLY: Whilst every effort is made to supply goods, we cannot have every item on our website available to us at all times. Occasionally, due to manufacturer shortages or shipments in transit, never are we more then 3-4 weeks out of stock for an item. As we hold over 2000+ products in a variety of sizes, colours and weights we ask you for your co-operation when trying to offer an alternative item.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: We accept Mastercard & Visa cards only, with NO SURCHARGE attached.

GST: As we are True wholesalers and DO NOT operate at a retail level, 10% GST will need to be added to the product price viewed online, this will be clearly displayed at the point of checkout under: Sales Tax

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If you ever receive a cartoon, punch bags and or any other item from us that has been damaged in transit, never sign acceptance of this item. Immediately take a photo of the item and instruct the delivery driver to take it back to the depot as you will not accept the product/item in the damaged state it may arrive to you in. This may be determined via torn packing bags or extensively damaged cartoons. Failure to do so may result in the product warranty being void and or re-transportation fees being charged to the customer. Once you sign acceptance of the freight from the delivery company you are verifying that the goods have arrived in acceptable/usable condition.
Authority To Leave (ATL): As we DO NOT authorise second deliveries via our transportation companies, if you are NOT going to be at the shipping address between 9-5 we need to have an alternative instruction regarding delivery, e.g. "If not home leave around the back of house/building", this can be left in the comment section at the point of check out. If we are not given a special instruction, by default the order will have an ATL at front door. If your order is stolen, taken, damaged or signed for by an un authorised signature we nor the transportation company can not be held liable for this. Always send your order to a premises that is occupied and someone you can trust to take delivery for your order.
ORDERS: We shall not be liable for damage arising for failure to make delivery of all or part of an order caused by Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control.
ACCEPTANCE OF INVOICE: When you accept the invoice we deem this as a legally binding documents, thus agreeing to the above terms and conditions displayed on our website.
