No, no order is too small or large at Morgan, we value our clients no matter the size of your business and we understand that you may only need a small top up orders every now and then.
After payment is made, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The total length of delivery thereafter varies depending on your location though it is usually 1-5 business days. If you have requested a custom Australian made product, this item may take between 14-21 days for shipping, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with your consignment tracking information, this will allow you to track when your order will arrive.
Your delivery will be brought to you by either Direct Freight, Main Freight, Fastway Couriers, Australia Post or Couriers Please. All orders can be tracked online once we provide you with the consignment note details.
Yes, simply enter your consignment number provided for your order and search on the website of the nominated carrier.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage all business owners from all over Australia to visit our showroom in Shellharbour, New South Wales. While there, you can view the entire range of products sold in our equipped showroom and we will also take you around our split-level, 3000sqm warehouse.
If for any reason, we cannot immediately supply you with a product you have ordered, we will let you know over phone or email and provide you with options to amend, exchange, or cancel & refund.
Your freight charge is calculated based on the overall weight and cubic dimension of the cartons used when packing your order. You can check the freight charges for a product on the product page, and your overall freight charges will be displayed at the view cart page and check out page. The freight charges displayed on our website are the true rates supplied to us by our freight forwarding companies, we are a seller of a product and not of freight, so you only pay what we pay.
We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. Please always contact the nominated freight company with the con note number provided or check online for freight status updates.
No, if the delivery address provided is unattended then by default an ATL (authority to leave) will be placed on your order, this authorises the freight company to leave your parcel in a safe location at the nominated premises without obtaining a signature. If you are there to accept delivery, the freight company will ask for a signature to verify the goods have been delivered in a safe manner. Always check the condition of your order prior to signing. Once you have signed, you are confirming that the order is complete and in perfect condition.
No, sorry your order can not be shipped to a PO Box.
When checking your order out, you will be asked to provide special instructions regarding the delivery. If you have requested that the goods be left at the premises unattended or have not left any instructions at all, the order will have defaulted to an ATL status. This will result in a no signature on delivery. By using this option Morgan Sports and the nominated freight company will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged stock. Again we can not stress enough to have your order, shipped to either a residential or business address, where it can be checked and signed for.
If when the carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement and with no Authority to Leave Unattended and there is no–one present to receive the delivery, either a calling card may be left in a letterbox, and your order will be returned to the carrier's depot, or back to the supplier. In this case, you may liable for re-delivery charges. Please contact us immediately if you have received a calling card and we will do our best to try and solve the redelivery.
You are responsible for counting the number of cartons you receive and ensuring that this amount matches the amount on the carrier's delivery note. If this amount does not exactly match what you have received, you must note the number of cartons on the carrier's delivery note. Sometimes orders may be delivered to you in split delivers, larger items like punch bags, free-standing bags, functional rigs, barbells and weightlifting platforms are manually scanned and not sorted via automation. Please ask your delivery driver about any missing cartons, they will have the ability to check the status on site.
If products or product packaging has been damaged from transit, we apologise for this and will require you to email through to our Customer Service team with your order number, full name, address and photographs of the damage. Our Customer Service team will assess and assist with repairs/parts replacement, and if the damages are not easily fixable, a replacement will be considered. Extensive damage to packaging must be stated on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out "delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note (if applicable).
Damage to packaging must be reported to Morgan Sports within 2 working days of signing. Neither Morgan Sports nor the carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries, damages to packaging and/or items if you do not note them on your delivery note. Yes, you can pick up from our warehouse at 106c Industrial Road, Oak Flats. Online orders can take 1-2 days to be processed, it's best to call us prior to your arrival so we can have your item ready for you. With large orders, we need prior notice to prepare orders, especially if you are sending your own transport to pick up, as it takes time to pack everything onto pallets and wrap, normally 24 hours prior notice is required. Please state in the special instructions box the approx time and day you would like to collect your order.
Yes, we arrange shipments to New Zealand, orders are sent through a number of transportation methods depending on the size of the order. Please contact our office during business hours to find out more information. Items weighing over 20kg cannot be shipped to New Zealand currently.
Yes! We provide overseas delivery to International Customers from our Australian warehouse. Bulky items over 20+kg are only available for shipping within Australia. Please note that some countries may incur local duties, fees and tariffs which are the responsibility of the customer.
Morgan Sports offers a number of payment methods to assist B2B transactions, including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Direct deposit (EFT), ZipPay, Procuret and Pre-approved Customer credit accounts. PayPal is the fastest and safest way to pay online without sharing your financial details. On the Confirmation Order screen, you will see the details of your purchase. If all details are correct, please click Place Order. After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided e-mail address. This option is assigned for current customers who have pre-approved customer credit accounts and or existing % discounts in place, these accounts and discounts are only assigned by our head office and are subject to approval, if you select this option and you do not fall under this category or have existing pre-approval your order will not be processed. Call our office if you are not sure if you have an existing pre-approved account.
Zip is a reusable account that lets your business buy now and pay later. You can shop online and instore up to your account limit, then set flexible repayments to suit you. There’s no deposit and every purchase comes with up to 60 days without interest or fees. Need more time to pay? No problem. Simply enable our Part Pay option to pay in a way that offers you an extension.
How does it work?
Apply and get a decision in minutes. Once approved, you can use your account anywhere Zip is accepted. You’ll have up to 60 days to pay interest free.
How do repayments work?
Payment is due 30 days after receiving your monthly statement. If you pay off your balance within this period, your account will not attract any interest or fees. However, if you need more time, you can enable our Part Pay feature. This extends the balance due date by one month and requires you to pay a portion of the due amount with a 2.5% fee being applied to the leftover balance.
You can make extra payments at any time, and there are no penalties for paying off your transactions early. Finally, if there’s nothing owing on your account, there’s nothing to pay and no fees. Your account simply remains active until you’re ready to make a purchase.
